Unfortunately however, these kinds of vegetables make u only 1 percent of fruit-and-vegetable consumption in the US. In contrast, vegetables that have no tumor-preventing properties make up 60 percent. Both kinds of vegetables help you control you weight. However, to maximize your chances of putting up a fight against a cancer, try switiching things up.
