When you exercise, you increase the blood flowing into your system and pump some much-needed oxygen where it is needed. Not only that, the activity can also release hormones that help boost up your energy. If you wish to stay awake, try doing some aerobic activity to ward off your sleepiness.

Drink Water

Dehydration can cause your body to feel tired and increase sleepiness. It can be one reason why you feel fatigued and sleepy. Drinking water to rehydrate yourself can be enough to help you stay awake when you need to.

Turn To Brighter Lighting

Our body takes signals of whether to sleep or wake up based on light. When there is less or lack of light, your body gets signals to sleep. When the body senses light, it naturally sends you brain signals to wake up. One way you can trick your system into waking up is by going into somewhere there is bright lighting.
